FOR MEN ONLY - A Men's Only Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group meets the first Wednesday and third Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. at ElderWood Village at Glenwood, 5271 Main St., Williamsville. For information call facilitator Don Sabo at 937-7522.
TUESDAY, MARCH 16
SEMINAR - "Demystifying Choices and Payment for Long-Term Care" will be presented at 11 a.m. (lunch to follow) at ElderWood Maplewood Commons, 151 Bennett Road, Cheektowaga. This free seminar will cover living choices, Medicare and Medicaid options and other questions. Guest speakers are Laurie Menzies, elder law attorney at Pfalzgraf Beinhauer & Menzies, and Beverly Kubala, RN, certified care manager with Geriatric Care Managers of WNY. ALZHEIMER'S SUPPORT GROUP - ElderWood Health Care at Wedgewood, 4459 Bailey Ave., Eggertsville, hosts its Alzheimer’s Support Group at 2 p.m. Meetings are held the third Tuesday of every month. For additional information call 835-2543.
