Since opening our first nursing home more than 30 years ago, ElderWood Senior Care has grown to include 10 skilled nursing facilities, five assisted living residences and two independent living communities in western and central New York. All of our skilled nursing facilities offer comprehensive rehabilitation programs and some offer specialty programs such as cardiac rehabilitation, respiratory care and pulmonary rehabilitation.
