If you’re interested in the health care profession, becoming a CNA or HHA is a great way to start your career. At ElderWood, we offer paid training so you can earn a competitive salary while obtaining your certification. You will attend training classes, participate in facility orientation, receive hands-on instruction, and once you receive your certification, you will continue to work at the facility and begin your career in health care.
Both CNAs and HHAs provide personal and nursing care to our residents, ensuring that their emotional and physical needs are met on a daily basis. CNAs provide support to our skilled nursing residents and HHAs provide support to our assisted living facility residents.
Training classes are held based on the staffing demand of the facility. In order to qualify for the training program you will need to submit an application, successfully pass our screening process and be offered employment. Apply today!
