     ElderWood’s first health care location in Niagara County, ElderWood Health Care at Crestwood is a 162-bed residence providing skilled nursing, respite care, subacute care and rehabilitation to the people of Wheatfield, Niagara Falls and surrounding areas.

     Constructed in 1995, ElderWood at Crestwood is a state-of-the-art care facility. Residents enjoy outstanding care in this comfortable, modern residence featuring spacious rooms, on-unit dining areas and secure patios.
