Elderwood Village at Colonie adult home is a family-like, pet-friendly community located within the greater Albany, NY area. With a view toward successful aging in place, Elderwood offers supportive services for life’s daily activities, including medication management. Staff are there to help residents 24-hours a day to provide a safe, secure, and vibrant living experience complete with fun and engaging activities.
