COVID-19 Inquiries

We understand that you may have questions on how the coronavirus has impacted our senior care community and the steps we’re taking to address it. Please know taking care of your family member is the most important thing we do every day. Your questions are important, but with staff working hard to care for our residents, it can be difficult to step away to respond to phone calls. That’s why we are inviting you contact us with non-urgent questions at our Family Communication Line at 716-250-9663. This allows our clinical staff to remain focused on resident care and our support team can address your concerns.

When a resident is diagnosed with COVID-19, we take great care to ensure they’re made comfortable in an isolated setting and are under supervision. Our staff wear full protective equipment, including medical gowns, gloves, eye protection and masks, and follow best-practice infection control protocols and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Vermont Department of Health.
